Who we are

This website is run by AC-47 Arkadiusz Czyż, registered in Poland under tax number 2910229692. We decide what happens to the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at hello@codertive.com.

What this page covers

This page is about data we collect on this website and in the normal course of working with clients. It does not cover websites we build for clients, which have their own privacy policy.

What we collect

When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your company website, the budget range you select and the message you write.

When you email us, we keep the email and our reply.

When you visit the site and accept analytics cookies, we record which page you viewed, the country you viewed it from, the type of device and which site or campaign sent you. This is stored without a name attached to it.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, prepare a quote and run the work if we start a project together.

To understand which pages and campaigns bring the right enquiries, so the site improves. You can object to this at any time.

To meet our tax and accounting duties once you are a client.

Cookies and measurement

Nothing beyond what the site needs to function runs until you accept it in the cookie banner, which you can reopen at any time from the link in the footer. If you decline, the site works exactly the same. The cookie policy explains each category in detail.

We do not sell data, and we do not add you to an advertising list because you visited this site.

Who else sees it

A small number of suppliers process data for us: our website host, our email provider, our analytics provider and our accounting software. Each is bound by a contract that limits what they can do with it. We share data with nobody else unless the law requires it.

Data we handle for clients

When we set up measurement for a client, we work inside accounts owned by that client and act on their instructions. The client decides what is collected and how long it is kept, and their own privacy policy applies to visitors to their site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted 12 months after your last message to us.

Client records are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts, then for the period our tax rules require.

Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then removed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Write to hello@codertive.com and we answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or why, we update this page and change the date at the top.
