Who we are

What we collect through the contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, your work email address, your company website, the ad spend range you select, the message you write, and, if you fill it in, how you heard about us. We use this to reply to you and to work out what your project would involve. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share this information with other companies.

We keep enquiry messages for [PLACEHOLDER] before deleting them, unless the message turns into a client project, in which case we keep the records that a contract and our accounting rules require us to keep.

What we collect through cookies

We only load analytics and advertising cookies after you accept them in the cookie banner or in cookie settings, which you can reopen at any time from the link in the footer. Before you choose, only the cookies needed to run the site and remember your choice are active. The cookie policy explains this in detail, including which tools we use and what each one does.

Who we share data with

We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and advertising tags once you consent, and we may use an email delivery provider to send contact form messages to us. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data processing terms. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not pass it to other companies for their own marketing.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, and ask for a copy of it in a portable format. You can also withdraw cookie consent at any time from the footer link. To use any of these rights, email hello@codertive.com, and we will reply within one month.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
